Gacha banner countdowns

C1

+17.9%. Adds a strong instance of Cryo DMG when Skirk absorbs a Void Rift; counts as Charged Attack damage, so 4pc Finale of the Deep Galleries neither buffs nor deactivates on it.

C2

+34.9%. Significantly raises her standard Burst scalings and gives a hefty ATK% buff with her special Burst; a huge improvement for quickswap and great for on-field.

C3

+35%.

C4

+48.1%. Gives ATK% for each Hydro or Cryo teammate, up to 40%; more relevant for quickswap since C2 already saturates her with ATK%.

C5

+70%.

C6

+104.6%. Gives stacks when absorbing Void Rifts that launch co-ordinated attacks when consumed.

No stop point is agreed. C1 is called a good constellation and C2 a huge improvement; 80.4% of sampled profiles run her at C0.

• Azurelight, then Primordial Jade Cutter, Mistsplitter Reforged, Haran Geppaku Futsu or Calamity of Eshu
• 4pc Finale of the Deep Galleries, Marechaussee Hunter with Furina, or Blizzard Strayer
• ATK% sands, Cryo DMG goblet, CRIT circlet
• Skill > Burst

His Cons are absolutely insane as everyone probably knows, so going for his cons and potentially getting Valeriy C6 is a massive deal for him.

No stop point is agreed. One player calls his constellations insane and worth going for; that post predates the reported V3 and V4 beta changes.

• On-field: CRIT or EM weapons; 4pc DDS or 4pc Gilded Dreams; CRIT DMG / EM / EM
• Off-field: EM then ER weapons; 4pc Heart of the Furnace or 4pc Tenacity
• Skill first, 6+ then 9+

The posts give almost no kit detail. Vetted showcase posts reference a C6 showcase and an E-switch rotation, and a vetted post reports a nerf to Mitya's Normal Attack in beta version 4, but none of these state element, weapon or role. Unreviewed images show a passive talent named Energy Catalysis and a shop cosmetic whose caption reads "and unlock Mitya's appearance reward" with a note that the content is in development and subject to change; a teaser image titled "Rules Set at Naught" shows an atom emblem. Vetted posts say Mitya's birthday is added alongside Valeriy's, and an unreviewed leaker post adds that both kits are basically concluded and that the next beta features the Tsaritsa and Danica. No release version is stated.

M1

Appears in 3 of 50 Deadly Assault runs; no gain figure is published.

M2

Appears in 12 of 50 Deadly Assault runs, the most common upgrade past M0; no gain figure is published.

M6

Appears in 7 of 50 Deadly Assault runs; no gain figure is published.

No stop point is agreed. M0 is the most common level in Deadly Assault runs (28 of 50), and a mindscape matrix lets players compare levels themselves.

• Plume of Rebirth (S5 108.95%, S1 100%), then Angel in the Shell S1 88.01% or Electro-Lip Gloss S5 84.01%
• Disk 4 Anomaly Proficiency, Disk 5 Fire DMG% > PEN Ratio% > ATK%, Disk 6 Anomaly Mastery

The posts carry no kit details: no element, weapon, role, mechanics, constellations or teams are stated. Datamined posts tie Phoenix to version 3.3 alongside Severian, listing her full name as Phoenix Reffaella (菲欧妮·雷法爱菈), a height of 156 and a birthday of 10/31, plus an inter-knot profile and mindscape art. A datamined tactical prisms image for 3.3 groups her with Severian, Orphie, S11, Burnice and Trigger, with only a "FIRE" label legible on one icon and no explicit link to her. Official posts list an EP titled "1% Battery Girl", a character demo titled "Do Not Die Challenge", a holographic trial, unarchived agent footage and an outfit showcase named "Daydream Complex & The Illness Called Life". An unreviewed post mentions her 3.3 spine assets without further detail.

M1

Run in 1 of 43 Deadly Assault runs; one new player plans to pull M1 and the signature as possible upgrades.

M2

Run in 3 of 43 Deadly Assault runs.

M6

Run in 7 of 43 Deadly Assault runs.

No stop point is agreed. Most Deadly Assault runs field him at M0 (32 of 43), and one showcase says his signature would lift an F2P team's score to 50k+.

• W-Engine: Sin-ban Cage in 23 of 43 Deadly Assault runs, Severian Test Engine in 11
• No sets or main stats given

A datamined post of 3.3 tactical prism icons labels Severian's canister "FIRE", pointing to a Fire element, and groups him with Phoenix, Orphie, S11, Burnice and Trigger. Datamined posts give his full name as Severian Lowell, height 196 and birthday 12/31, and tie him and Phoenix to version 3.3, though one unreviewed post labels his render as 2.6. Official posts share screenshots and mindscape arts for Severian and Phoenix, and showcase posts show his skins, including a "Solemnly impeccable" NPC skin depicting a white-haired figure with animal ears and a tail in a dark suit. No post describes his weapon, role, mechanics, mindscapes or team fit.

E1

Grants the team 10%/20%/60% more Elation with 2/3/4+ Elation units. When an ally would be knocked down they instead recover 50% of Max HP, twice per battle.

E2

Called the sauce: all allies' Elation damage is Merrymade by 15%, a 1.15x final multiplier. Her Ultimate's action advance also hits all other Elation allies, with doubled CB and Punchline gains.

No stop point is agreed. Early eidolons are called increasingly compelling for long-term users, worth weighing even with Aha arriving the patch after.

• Light cone: Colors for Tomorrow (Mushy Shroomy's Adventures S5 is the most used option)
• Body Outgoing Healing or DEF%, Feet Speed (or DEF%), Sphere DEF%, Rope Energy Regen Rate (or DEF%)
• Substats SPD over DEF%

The posts carry nothing about Pearl beyond a name: three vetted showcase posts list Pearl at E0S0 in a zero-cycle Asat Pramad clear on 4.7v3 alongside other characters, with no element, weapon, role, mechanics, constellations or release version stated.

E1S1

+37% DPAV for E2 Pearl over E0S0 Aha (125.43M vs 91.87M) in a 300 AV calculation after the bug fix.

E2

Unlocks the full potential of her character Ode; her instants tend to overcap energy, which gets better at E2.

E2S1

+72% DPAV for E2 Pearl over E0S0 Aha (158.40M vs 91.87M) in a 300 AV calculation after the bug fix.

No stop point is agreed. The ladder's biggest jump is at E2S1, and one player is weighing whether to spend on Aha at all; the ladder numbers come from a V2 beta calculation.

• Light cone Upon the First Echo of "Aha"
• Relics: Ever-Glorious Magical Girl, Dreamlit Actor, Diviner of Distant Reach or Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal 4pc; God's Moment of Joy
• Body CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG, Feet SPD, Sphere HP%/DEF%, Rope DEF%/HP%

No post describes the kit. A vetted eidolon screenshot labels the character under the Elation path with six eidolon nodes, and the title says one eidolon has a new effect, but the effect text is not legible. Vetted showcase clips run Aeon★Aha at E0S0 and E2S0 in 4.7v3 zero-cycle clears of Memory of Chaos against Hoolay and Apocalyptic Shadow against Asat Pramad, alongside Yao Guang, Evanescia or Sparxie, Pearl, Gallagher or E6 EMC, and a damage panel in one clip shows figures without legible breakdown. A vetted post says a new BGM is added to the technique. Unreviewed posts mention a 4.7 spine animation under the Nihilux alias and a possible skin, with no details given.

• Freeze Frame R1 (100%), then Lethean Elegy R1 99%, Stringmaster R1 87.6%, Whispers of Sirens R1 81.6%, Rime-Draped Sprouts R1 80.5%
• 4-cost CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG, 3-cost Glacio DMG, 1-cost ATK%

The posts carry almost nothing about Lucilla's kit. A post with an unlisted trust label claims Lucilla will be the next Emergency Agent for Endstate Matrix in Version 3.8, subject to change. A vetted post titled as a stamina +1 change for Lucilla in the next Endstate Matrix, also marked subject to change, contains only an illustration of a character with long dark-blue hair and silver hoop earrings and no readable text. No post states her element, weapon, role, mechanics, constellations, teams or banner release version.

HBelorta does have an insane amount of caster’s ATK▲ buff, only pull for dupes if you are willing to minmax her intended team. However, securing the multiple heavy meta banners in the following months should take much higher priority. ℹ️Info In NIKKE, dupes are not necessary for units to function.

Dupes only if you are willing to minmax her intended team; dupes only give extra stats, help past the 160 wall, or unlock Favorite Item. Upcoming heavy meta banners take priority.

• Overload 1-2x Max Ammo, priority Ideal
• No gear reroll needed; Max Ammo only, to spam shots for burst gen
• Skills PVE 4/4/4 to 7/7/7 to 7/10/7; PVP 4/4/4 to 4/7/7 to 7/10/10

I got Navigator P4 when I was using it on Yvonne but I did get her weapon so I'm not using it anymore

No stop point is agreed; the only potential talk is one player at P0 and weapon potentials on Navigator and Wedge, not Tangtang's own.

• One player runs Tangtang at P0 with her signature weapon on the old bonkrusha set; another asks whether SoupSoup with Wedge or her signature is better, with no answer given

S2M3

Story S++ · Advanced S++. S2 is the significantly more valuable Mastery: 10 shots of wide AoE True Damage with big ally healing, plus a long 5 second Slow that snares enemies in range.

S3M3

Story A- · Advanced S.

The S2 Mastery is called significantly more valuable than S3; no explicit stop point is given.

S1M3

Story S · Advanced S+. Treat S1 as her main skill: by far her best use case, much higher damage ceiling, works far better with her Talents, though many will find it unappealing.

S2M3

Story S- · Advanced A. S2 is much more similar to the common Liberator Młynar, who usually does it better.

S3M3

Story B · Advanced B+. S3 is also similar to Młynar's role, who usually does it better.

No one-size-fits-all answer: adjust masteries to your needs and playstyle, with S1 encouraged as the main skill and the clear meta order S1 over S2 over S3.
